Some recipes below are vegetarian, some are low-carb. Some are neither, but I love 'em anyway. If you eat meat but want to use the low-carb recipes, just add meat.

I must give a Large Public and Heartfelt THANK YOU to Megan for creating many of the low carb recipes on this site. Her outstanding experiments have made me the happiest guinea pig in history!

UPDATE a couple of years after going Low Carb - High Fat as a lifestyle choice :

After losing 27 pounds of yucky belly fat over 21 days (and that is not a typo) I have found that I am becoming less insulin resistant all the time. Translation: I can now eat twice the carbs (some days rather more than that!) I could last year and the weight is not coming back. My "incurable" hypoglycaemia disappeared on day 6 of eating low-carb & high fat and has never returned. Cravings for bread (my big weakness before) is still gone. Donít get me wrong, I still love breadÖ or at least like it a lot, but I donít care anymore if I have it. My energy is still high; my bad cholesterol is still low, and I still sleep better than at any time in my life. And yeah, I still eat low carb/high fat. :D
